Alpine Access Appoints Jeff King As Vice President Of Sales

Denver, CO - Alpine Access, the premier provider of contact center solutions for brand-conscious companies, today announced the addition of Jeff King as vice president of sales. In this role, King will support the company’s overall growth strategies with efforts to drive adoption of contact center solutions that enhance the customer experience through the use of home-based employees.
King brings more than 10 years of experience in establishing strategic relationships, and selling contact center outsourcing services and CRM solutions. With extensive experience working with Fortune 1000 companies, he will be responsible for identifying, targeting and developing strategic new business opportunities in the retail, travel and financial industries.

King joins Alpine Access from Integrated Process Technology, where he served as vice president of business development. In just two years, he helped increase company revenue by 30 percent and led the company’s entry into new markets. Prior to that, King was the sales director for TeleTech, Inc, where he focused on customer management opportunities in the technology, retail, and travel industries. In this position, as well as at Telvista, he secured lucrative new business clients and effectively managed base accounts by proactively offering value-added services that maximized client satisfaction.
