What Is The Welcome Home Workshop?
The Welcome Home Workshop is a 2-day, quick-start program designed to provide you with a high-level overview of the processes, resources and technology needed to build a home-agent program for all or part of your internal call center, as well as an estimate of cost savings you can expect to realize. Don’t let the short time-frame fool you, though. This is not a generic lecture on the issues faced by the “typical” company. It is a series of interactive working sessions tailored to your company’s unique business, your current operating environment and your particular goals for a home-agent program.

What Will You Receive?
Day 1
An AAC Managing Partner will conduct a 1-hour overview session covering the home-agent model, the methodology we will follow during the various sessions and our understanding of your goals, based on the information we gather from you prior to arriving.
Then, we’ll meet with the individual functional teams in 1-hour sessions discussing general and unique issues your company is likely to face in each of these four areas:
1. Recruiting
2. Training
3. Operations (Workforce management, Support, QA)
4. IT/Security
Day 2
Alpine Access Consulting will facilitate a 3-hour, interactive, cross-functional team session to discuss:
1. Findings from Day 1
2. Issues unique to your company
3. Examples of proven solutions in similar cases
4. Cross-functional integration
5. Outstanding concerns
After the Workshop
You’ll receive a report summarizing the workshop, including a high-level implementation gap analysis and a discussion of the costs and benefits of deploying a home-agent solution in your call center.
What Will You Need To Provide To AAC?
When you register for the Welcome Home Workshop, we will send you an information request form that you should be able to complete in about an hour. The data we gather will enable us to tailor the content and enhance the value of the program for your organization.
When we arrive, we’ll need participation each day by appropriate senior management, together with the key members of your current call center staff from recruiting, training, IT/security and operations.
