You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information and recommending tailored solutions to the Cardmember, reinforcing benefits including cross selling relevant products and services.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable cardmember value
- Document necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer
- Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Must be able to work full-time; if hired you would be able to select many (although not all) of your shift hours during the operating hours of 8am-midnight (Eastern time), with the added ability to change about half of your shift hours every three weeks. Time off will be available/approved based on current call volume demands. Time off during training, nesting and OJT is typically not permitted.
- Ability to work weekends
- Passion for serving customers with proactive solutions that grow relationships
- Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
- Effective and accurate decision-making skills
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening
- Proficiency in keyboarding and navigating a windows environment
- Strong computer skills
- 4 year college degree or 4 years customer service experience
- Sound understanding of credit cards practices/terms

Preferred Qualifications
- Successful experience in the service industry is strongly preferred with a passion for building customer loyalty
- Demonstrated successful sales experience that is focused on the customer
- Experience preferred in providing service through a specific channel such as previous Home Base experience.

Drug and Background Checks and Education Verification

System Requirements for Personal Computer
Computer requirements:
- High Speed Internet: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISPs allowed)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x SP2 or later
- Minimum 2 GB free hard drive disk space
- Minimum 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended for Vista)
- 1 GHz to 1.5 GHz Processor or higher (Multi-Core Recommended)
- Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 recommended)
- Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
- Current anti-virus software with updated definitions
- Current anti-spyware software
- Firewall installed & operating or Windows firewall turned on
- Ethernet LAN (RJ-45 cable) broadband router with 2 or more ports enabling 2 or more PCs to be connected to the internet simultaneously. Must have an open port, while connected to their home PC, for use with the deployed computer
Additional System Requirements
CCPs are responsible for obtaining these and having them in place prior to the deadline:
- Corded Telephone headset with noise-canceling microphone that plugs into a corded landline telephone (no VOIP) for training and production calls.
- Separate dedicated analog phone line. No digital or internet phone services (e.g. Magic Jack, Vonage, etc.)
- 2+ Ethernet Port Router connected to Cable or DSL modem to allow multiple computers to access the internet at the same time. Both personal computer and the American Express computer must be on the internet and available for use during training and production
