Chris is responsible for the overall strategic vision and operating performance of Alpine Access, one of the fastest growing business process outsourcing companies in America. Leveraging his 27 years of experience in business services, Chris has doubled the size of Alpine Access and leads the company in providing exceptional customer service solutions to brand-conscious, Fortune 500 organizations.
Throughout his career, Chris has combined a cross-functional background in strategy, sales and operations to structure outsourcing relationships in excess of $3 billion. Prior to Alpine Access, Chris held a variety of executive positions including President of Americas Outsourcing Services for Capgemini, President and CEO of the Interlink Group and President of the Americas E-business consulting practice for EDS. Executive responsibilities included management of more than 6,000 people and the delivery of consulting, technology services, infrastructure and business process outsourcing for global Fortune 1000 corporations.
Chris graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He completed the Wharton School of Business Executive Development Program and attended the Southern Methodist University Executive Banking School. As a recognized leader in the business process outsourcing industry, he has spoken at numerous industry events and has authored articles for a variety of publications. Additionally, Chris is regularly sought out and quoted by leading media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, ABC, NBC, Fox, CNN and PBS networks. Chris also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Denver chapter of K-Life, a non-profit youth organization.
